These beautiful rhinestones will make any item sparkle and shine. The rhinestones are flatback making them easier for placement on your projects. For best results, use a strong adhesive to ensure permanent placing. (IE: Liquid Fusion, Gem Tack, Bob Smith Resin*** ETC.)
